As master of ceremonies, I look after your friends and family and keep your special day running smoothly. I introduce the key stages of your day and ensure everyone’s in the right place at the right time (you don’t want Auntie Beryl missing the cutting of the cake!).

In a contemporary twist to the traditional toastmaster, I also bring my special blend of comedy and magical mind-reading to your reception. You can leave it to me to create a relaxed vibe that brings all your guests together and give everyone plenty of laughs and mind-blowing gasps.

With the full-day package I’m your wedding emcee and magical entertainer from the reception right up to the first dance.

I’m there to welcome you and your guests and keep everyone entertained while the photographs are being taken. For camera-shy friends and relatives, it’s a great way to put them at their ease and create some brilliant photo opportunities.

As your wedding emcee I guide your guests to where they need to be and make all the key announcements to keep your day flowing. And as the entertainer I’ll wow everyone with my magical mind-reading, including a mini-show to warm up the crowd ready for the speeches.

From the moment your friends and family arrive I take care of them. As everyone waits to be photographed, I use my magical mind-reading to entertain and surprise them – perfect for capturing natural, documentary-style snaps.

Throughout the reception I keep everything running smoothly with perfectly-timed introductions and announcements. Add to that the magical entertainment – including a mini-show before the speeches – and you and your guests will have a truly memorable time.

While your guests enjoy reception drink I circulate around the room, using my magical mind reading to bring laughs and gasps. It’s a real ice-breaker, bringing together people who’ve never met before and bonding everyone together for your special day.

As well as creating a fun atmosphere my magical entertainment helps to calm any pre-camera nerves and sets up some fantastic photos to capture the looks of amazement.

The magic continues during the wedding breakfast. As you and your guests enjoy a leisurely meal, I bring the entertainment to your tables to provide more laughs and magical surprises. I perform comdey with my magic, so it’s fun all the way…

I’ve been performing my award winning magic for over 35 years,and as a Member of The Inner Magic Circle with Gold Star, I’ve reached the highest accolade you can get as a working performer.

I also have been awarded the Order of Merlin from The
International Brotherhood of Magicians, I’m an Honorary Memberof The Chicago Magic Round Table, and I was awarded a Doctorateof Magic from FFFF, New York. I’m a Full Member of Equity.

His tricks were truly mind-boggling and left his audience in awe. His command over card tricks and close-up magic was outstanding, and the way he involved the audience in his acts made the experience even more thrilling.

But what really sets Darryl apart from other magicians is his ability to connect with the audience. He tells personal stories and jokes that had the audience laughing and feeling like they were a part of it. His charm and charisma made the experience even more enjoyable.

We booked Darryl Rose ( no relation to me ) over a year ago after meeting him in Florida while he was visiting his wife’s family. He mentioned he would be back around the same time this year, so we immediately secured him for my wife’s birthday party—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

With over 100 guests in attendance, Darryl moved effortlessly from table to table, absolutely amazing everyone in a deeply personal and unforgettable way. Being just a foot away from his magic and mind-reading was astonishing. At moments, it genuinely made me believe in magic. His personality, comedy, timing, and warmth were the highlight of the evening.

I’ve seen many magicians over the years, including countless performers on television talent shows, but nothing compares to experiencing this level of skill up close. When Darryl  performs, you truly feel as though he is reading your mind—and honestly, I still don’t see how he could possibly know what I was thinking.

It’s been three weeks since the party, and people at our club are still talking about him. Beyond his incredible talent, Darryl  is a wonderful person. We’ve  become friends, and he and his wife have even invited us to visit them in England in 2026.

I’m already planning another large party in 2027 and sincerely hope Darryl will be able to join us again. After 40+ years of performing, his mastery is unmistakable. I’ve never seen a magician like this—and I doubt I ever will again
